Sustainability is at the heart of our business. From day one, our products have been designed to last, and last beautifully. The journey to sustainability requires commitment, innovation and ongoing investment.

We’re actively working towards reducing the environmental impact in everything we do, and this includes the manufacturing of our products. We are becoming more and more conscious about our fibre choices. Not only conscious about how they feel and wear over timeaccent pillow case baby canvas home and living, but also thoughtful of the impact they’ll have on the environment- pre, post and during the manufacturing process. With this in mind, we’ve introduced several new pieces into our collection that are crafted using organic, renewable or 100% natural fibres.

Organic cotton, TENCEL™ fibres and linen.

Why are they so special, and what makes them so great to sleep in?

Let’s unpack the features that make these fibres so impressive.

Our 400 thread count Organic Cotton Sheet Set in white

Our SS19 collection is comprised of more organic cotton products than ever before. We now offer organic products across four of our six core categories including sleep, baby, loungewear and bathe. The responsible farming and manufacturing processes are a positive force in the textile industry, and ensure premium quality products that have a lesser impact on the planet.

Organic cotton is grown using less chemicals, pesticides and fertilisers. The seeds are not genetically modified and natural crop management and protection tools are used in the farming process.

Organic cotton is strong and durable, as well as breathable and soft on the skin. Whether you’re sliding between organic cotton sheets or slipping on a plush organic cotton robe; it’s something to feel good about.

Our TENCEL™ Lyocell Fibre &; Cotton Sheet Set in white

Renewable TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres are finding their way into more and more categories across our product range.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres originate from renewable raw material wood, created by photosynthesis. The fibres are manufactured using an environmentally responsible process. The natural composition of this fibre and the environmentally responsible processes used to manufacture it allow it to revert back to nature.

TENCEL™ is super soft and perfect for year round use. TENCEL™ sheets offer a beautiful drape and sheen; while our TENCEL™ loungewear products offer absolute cosiness and style.

Our Abbotson Linen Collection in white

Linen needs little introduction. It’s known and loved for its beautiful qualities that stand the test of time.

Our Belgian linen is crafted from natural fibres, derived from the flax plant. It’s a strong fabric that ages beautifully, and has the ability to breathe and assist with temperature regulation. Renown for its longevity, linen is a sustainable fabric choice that can stand the test of time with the correct level of care.

Linen becomes better, softer and more comfortable with age. Its softness, breathability and relaxed aesthetic make it the perfect choice for bedding across every season.

We invite you to join us on our sustainability journey by introducing natural fibres into your home.

Beat the heat this summer with an easy to sew cooling scarf! This project uses polymer crystals which absorb and hold large amounts of water (in fact, this is the same material that is found in commercial diapers) and when chilled, can provide cooling relief for hours. Plus they are non-toxic so they are safe to be used around children and pets. This cooling scarf is great to use when outdoors, can be used to soothe achy muscles, or used as a cold pack for headaches and even hot flashes.

To gather inspiration for our Spring / Summer 16 Collection, Drift, we journeyed to Western Australia.
